Because products are shipped directly from the supplier to you, significant savings are made on transportation and storage costs. As a result, while the delivery time may be longer than usual, you benefit from the lowest prices.

Please note that due to a supplier change, the delivery of some products may be delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Our supplier processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped the following day. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 days. The supplier does not ship on weekends. During periods of high demand, processing times may exceed three days.

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. If the information is incorrect or missing, we will need to contact you, which may delay your order. Customs clearance may also cause delays.
