WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
You can return a product within 30 days after receiving it from our supplier.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Once we receive, inspect, and confirm that the products are unopened, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Customers are required to contact us after returning the package and provide Track & Trace information so we can process the refund.
Please note that most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process refunds.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. When returning a package, you must register it with a Track & Trace code and send us that information. If a package is lost or doesn’t have a Track & Trace code, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Please be aware that the return address is in China, so return shipping costs may be higher.
